Annapurna Encounter adventure to Mera Peak Trek & Climb starts with a short scenic flight to Lukla town, from Lukla begins the real trekking into complete wilderness away from villages only with few temporary settlement of yak herders in the enclosed Hinku valley with awe inspiring scenery on the walk following the glacial trail over Kalo Himal ridge line of Nau Lekh high rocky range, that separates Khumbu and Hinku valley and towards west of Makalu area to reach at base camp beneath the high Mera Peak, although Nepal’s highest trekking peak it one of the less technically climbing route to the summit at 6,461 meters high,
To safe guard the climb with safety measures which is our prime priority, Annapurna expert guide will make the route possible fixing ropes and making ledges on ice and snow where necessary in difficult sections on route the climb, however climbers should be well prepared in using ice axe, and crampons in the entire climb to the summit and on descent, after a triumph of Mera peak descending back to Hinku valley and heading towards tree lines of beautiful woodland with rhododendron and pines trees, and then to Lukla town after an enjoyable and memorable time on Mera Peak Trek & Climb for the flight back to Kathmandu with great service of Annapurna Encounter.
Mera Peak climb grade as PD, a non technical (a Peu Difficile / with less technical and walk on glaciers as rated officially by Swiss / French Alpine System).

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 02: In Kathmandu sightseeing tour and preparation for climb.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla 2,800m flight and trek to Chutanga 3,430m -04 hrs.
Day 04: Trek to Tuli Kharka 4,300 m - 06 hrs.
Day 05: Trek to Mousum Kharka 3,430 m - 04 hrs.
Day 06: Trek to Tagnag 4,360 m - 05 hrs.
Day 07: Rest day for acclimatization.
Day 08: Trek to Khare 5,000 m - 05 hrs.
Day 09: Trek to Mera Base Camp 5, 300 m - 04 hrs
Day 10: Trek and climb to High Camp 5,780 m - 04 hrs
Day 11: Climb Mera Summit 6,461 m / 21, 1907 ft - 08 hrs
Day 12: Trek to Khothey 3,600 - 06 hrs.
Day 13: Trek to Thuli Kharka 4,200 m - 05 hrs.
Day 14: Trek back to Lukla - 07 hrs.
Day 15: Fly to Kathmandu and transfer to respective hotels,
Day 16: In Kathmandu with sightseeing tour.
Day 17: International departure for home ward bound.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu meet our staff and transfer to hotel.
On reaching Kathmandu international airport our AE staff will receive with a transfer to hotel in the hub of Kathmandu around Thamel area, an interesting place with shops, stores, international standard restaurants. Our guide will meet and inform you with details of the hotels and of Mera Peak trek & climb and more.
Day 02: In Kathmandu sightseeing and preparation.
Morning sightseeing tour at places of interest with world heritage sites of Kathmandu best places of Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa and Kathmandu old palace square (Durbar), afternoon at leisure preparation for the trip to Mera peak.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla 2,830 m & trek to Chutanga 3,430m - 04 hrs.
Early morning transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport for a short scenic flight of 35 minutes to Lukla town, with panorama views of mountain range including Mt. Everest as the plane approaches at Lukla airport, after a time in Lukla walk begins towards Chutanga past Lukla town heading North East direction leaving human settlement for more than a week in total wilderness, walk passes many scattered cattle herders shade and huts and then completing the first day walk after 3-4 hours at a small place called Chutan
