Sunrise & Mountain Panorama Trekking, a moderate and short scenic adventure where you will be enthralled with massive Dhaulagiri-Annapurna and Manaslu range of mountain views all along the walks on high hills of Annapurna Himalaya.

Truly a most fascinating country walks which leads you in the midst of beautiful flowering rhododendron-magnolia forest, regarded as world’s spectacular natural garden in the shade of Annapurna Himalaya range of mountains.

Sunrise & Mountain Panorama Trekking leads you to Nepal Mid West Himalaya in Pokhara, a famous and popular touristic city located on a beautiful valley beneath towering Annapurna and Machhapuchare Himal ‘Fish Tail’ with serene Lakes of Phewa and Begnas.

Our wonderful journey starts from scenic Pokhara walking up hills towards a high ridge on the ancient Trans Himalayan Salt & Caravan Route of Nepal and Tibet, passing nice traditional hill villages of Gurung and Magar tribal people of Nepal with immense old culture.

Walk leads into enchanting forested areas with views of Annapurna to reach a cooler alpine zone at Ghorepani village beneath scenic Poon Hill, here with time to explore local culture and custom and then on top Poon Hill for stunning sunrise views over array of Himalayan Peaks.

Poon Hill at 3,210 m / 10,593 ft will be the highest point of this marvelous Sunrise & Mountain Panorama Trekking, enjoying the glorious views and panorama then heading back to Pokhara taking an alternative scenic route past nice and lovely Gurung villages Ghandruk-Landruk and Dhampus.

Day 01:            Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02:            In Kathmandu with sightseeing tour at places of interest.
Day 03:            Drive to Pokhara 860 m - 06 hrs journeys.
Day 04:            Drive and start trek to Tirkhedhunga 1,450 m - 05 hrs.
Day 05:            Trek to Ghorepani 2,874m - 05 hrs.
Day 06:            Morning hike to Pun-Hill and trek to Tadapani 2,721m - 05 hrs.
Day 07:            Trek to Tolka village 1,740 m past Landruk village - 06 hrs.
Day 08:            Trek to Dhampus village 1,530 m and drive back to Pokhara - 05 hrs.
Day 09:            Fly or drive to Kathmandu and transfer to your respective hotels.
Day 10:            In Kathmandu free day with optional tour.
Day 11:            International departure for home ward bound.

Day 01:            Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotels.

On reaching Kathmandu via various respective airlines, walk to airport terminal exit, here our guide and staff receives you with warm greeting and then transfer into car or coach (depending upon group size) for short drive into the heart of Kathmandu city.


On reaching your hotel check into your rooms, after rest and refreshment join in the main hall or lobby to join with other members of Sunrise & Mountain Panorama Trekking for briefing of treks with do's and don'ts.


Evening includes welcome group dinner in a nice restaurant introducing you with typical Nepali cuisine with folk dance program of all parts of Nepal as entertainment.


Day 02:            In Kathmandu with sightseeing tour at places of interest.
Morning activities starts after breakfast, where our city guide will accompany you to interesting World Heritage Sites in our wonderful sightseeing tour, which helps you to gain knowledge regarding local culture and traditional life of Nepalese people as it was for many past centuries.

Tour leads around Kathmandu Durbar Square teemed with local life around historical sites and monuments, then heading due west at Swayambhunath Stupa (popularly known as Monkey Temple where large numbers of monkeys found around).


One of the oldest monuments of Nepal dates back more than 2,500 years old overlooking views of Kathmandu valley and the city from this hillock Buddhist Chaitya or Stupa.


After with lunch in local restaurant as the tour continues to holy Hindu Temple of Pashupatinath towards east of the city, one of the holiest Hindu sites, where great festival takes place in the month of February known as Shiva Ratri. 


From here visit Bouddhanath huge Stupa, a Buddhist landmark the area also known as 'Little Tibet' due to strong Tibetan influence in religion-culture and traditional way of life.


Our marvelous tour completes and then back into your hotel, afternoon free at leisure with preparation for Sunrise & Mountain Panorama Trekking next early morning. 


Day 03:            Drive or fly to Pokhara 950m - 06 hrs journey.
Morning traveling by coach or in private vehicles (depending upon group size), where drive leads on interesting and exciting highway, one of the busiest roads linking capital with other districts of Nepal.

 Heading towards Nepal Mid West to reach at beautiful Pokhara city located on a green valley surrounded with rolling hills and snow capped mountains.

On reaching Pokhara transfer to respective hotels near calm and serene Phewa Lake with afternoon free for short walks.

(Flying options 30 minutes of scenic flight to Pokhara)

Day 04:            Drive to Nayapul 1,100m begin trek to Tirkhedhunga 1,450m.
Morning 2 hours drive from Pokhara heading towards mid hills towns and villages. Superb views of rolling landscapes and Annapurna mountain range includes majestic Mt. Machhapuchare “The Fish Tail” on the drive to Nayapul (new bridge) located on Pokhara-Baglung / Beni highway.

From here starting with gradual walk past Bhirethati village, on ancient Nepal / Tibet Trans-Himalayan Salt Trade Route, walking past farm lands and traditional villages to reach at Tirkhedhunga village for first night stop in the comfort of a nice cozy lodge after a pleasant walk of four hours.

Day 05:            Trek to Ghorepani 2,874m - 05 hrs walk.
Morning walk leads to a climb on steep up for nearly two hours on stone steps all the way to Ulleri village, overlooking views of surrounding landscapes and of snow capped peaks of Annapurna South and Mt. Machhapuchare.

From Ulleri village, walk gets easier on winding path into oaks-pines and rhododendron forest, and then uphill gaining heights to reach Ghorepani Deurali village.

Ghorepani offers fabulous views of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South and Vara-Shikar or Annapurna Fang, this nice looking village located at the base of Poon Hill populated with Poon, Magar ethnic hill tribe.

Day 06:            Morning hike to Poon-Hill and trek to Tadapani 2,721m - 05 hrs.
Morning, an hour hike up to Poon-Hill on top 3,210 m  high where you catch magnificent sunrise views over chain of mountain range from Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Manaslu to Annapurna and as far to Ganesh Himal including Mt. Machhapuchare “The Fish Tail” the virgin peaks.

After enjoying wonderful panorama of mountains with stunning sunrise views, walk back to Ghorepani for breakfast and continue trek to Tadapani.

Walk leads to a climb into beautiful rhododendron forest all the way to Tadapani for the overnight stop.

Tadapani located amidst of rhododendron, magnolia and oaks forest with views of Mt. Machhapuchare and Annapurna South at close distance.

Day 08:            Trek to Tolka village 1,740 m past Landruk village - 05 hrs.
Today a short walk to Ghandruk village, descend through forest with views of snow capped mountains; a pleasant walk leads to Ghandruk village for lunch, a large Gurung village around Annapurna region. The men folk of Ghandruk village have long tradition of supplying some of the finest soldiers in the Gorkha Regiment to both British and Indian armies.

From Ghandruk village, walk downhill for an hour to Modi River, on crossing a bridge over raging Modi River, a short climb to Landruk village, and then continue walk on pleasant winding trail with short climb to a nice spread out village at Tolka for overnight stop with views of Annapurna South and Huin Chuli.

Day 08:            Trek to Dhampus village 1,530 m and drive back to Pokhara - 05 hrs.
From Tolka with stunning views of Annapurna South, continue our last day walk on a long winding trail through terraced farm fields and villages with an uphill walk for 45 minutes to Deurali ridge at 2,150 m.

After Deurali pleasant walk with grand views of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Manaslu including Fish Tail peak reached you at Pothana village for possible lunch stop.

Enjoying views of Annapurna range walk continues downhill to a nice large village at Dhampus a wonderful spot with views of Annapurna and Manaslu Mountains, from here taking a drive back on the road head of Baglung-Pokhara highway to reach back to Pokhara after a wonderful time up in the high hills.

Day 09:            Fly or drive to Kathmandu and transfer to your respective hotels.
Morning a drive to Kathmandu after a wonderful experience on Sunrise & Mountain Panorama Trekking around Ghorepani / Poon Hill, on reaching Kathmandu transfer to your hotels with afternoon free at leisure for individual activities and shopping.

(Flying options 30 minutes of scenic flight to Kathmandu from Pokhara)

Day 10:            In Kathmandu free and spare day for individual activities.
A free and relaxing day in Kathmandu, relax and enjoy with individual activities shopping souvenirs or join in for another exciting sightseeing tour.

Day 11:            International departure for homeward bound.
Last day in amazing Nepal the country of Himalaya wonders, depart from the hotel as per your international flight for homeward bound or to your next destination country, our staff transfer you with farewell garland or Buddhist silk scarf 'Khada' for your safe and good journey, after a wonderful memories of Sunrise & Mountain Panorama Trekking.
